Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They're short because, for now, the site is just pages to read.
Who we are
StoryTribute is run by Simirity Ltd, a small family business registered in England (company number 14373273), at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. "We" on this page means Simirity Ltd.
You can write to us any time at [email protected].
What this site is
StoryTribute isn't open yet. These pages show what it will be, so we can learn whether families want it. You can't start a tribute here yet, and there's nothing to buy.
What the site says about StoryTribute describes our plans. Some details may change before it opens.
The example tribute
Margaret Hart, her family and their stories are made up to show how a tribute works. The photos and portraits were made or chosen to fit them. Any likeness to real people is a coincidence.
Using the site
You're welcome to read the site and share links to it. Please don't:
- copy its words, pictures or design for your own use without asking us
- try to break it, overload it or get around how it works
- use it for anything unlawful
What belongs to us
The StoryTribute name and logo, and the words, design, illustrations and photos on this site, belong to Simirity Ltd or to the people who licensed them to us.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, including Simirity Family Journal, which we also make. Each site has its own terms and privacy policy, and those apply once you're there.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be correct, complete or available. You use it as it is.
Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using this site. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live somewhere else, you keep any protection your local law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
